Young Danish striker, Justin Shaibu, has put pen to paper signing a deal keeping him with the Bees for a further three years.
Justin joined Brentford last summer from Danish club HB Køge, he has played for Brentford B team regularly and has scored 8 goals in 16 games. Justin played for the first team against Exeter in the EFL cup and later in the season he made his Championship debut significantly contributing to a 3- 2 win against Rotherham United in February. Since February Justin has made a further 5 first team substitution appearances. Adding to his repertoire, Justin has made nine international appearances for Denmark and also found the back of the net for his Country.
The Club have been pleased with Justin’s raw talent and speed, and despite a couple of minor injury set backs this season he has been rewarded for his commitment by permanently training with the first team.
Justin has adapted well to both life in the UK and playing a different style of football in a different league. He is very much looking forward to playing a part in the first team squad at Brentford and looking to hopefully represent Denmark at U21 level.
