Big Ken Strikes Again

1 March 2017

December 13th marked the day when Cardiff manager, Neil Warnock, made the decision to give Kenneth Zohore a chance as he bought him on at half time against Wolves. Since then Zohore has gone from strength to strength.

Big Ken has scored 6 goals in his last 6 games, four of which were in the last two games at Cardiff City Stadium. Not only is he finding the back of the net but his speed and skill are creating opportunities and stirring a lot of interest in the 23 year old Danish international. His goal against Preston North End is undoubtedly a strong contender for goal of the season after he received the ball in Cardiff’s half and went on to outrun three players and then finish with aplomb.

Fulham who are sitting only 5 points away from the play off positions were only able to take a point from the game with the youngest player on the pitch, Zohore, scoring both goals in the 2 – 2 draw. The second goal showed both his natural ability and his confidence and was awarded Championship goal of the weekend. He had an excellent all round game and linked up well with both Hoillett and Harris, which is filling the Cardiff manager with optimism for the rest of the season. Kenneth came away from game with a brace, man of the match and pundits describing him as the most improved Championship player this season. Which is quite ironic as he has only just started playing games under the wily Warnock. He signed on loan in January 2016 and started 2 games, Scoring 2 Goals in the 2015-2016 Season.

Big Ken loves playing for the Bluebirds and just wants to continue doing what he’s Currently doing.
